@HotPocketsBoy Seriously? First of all, he's boring as fuck. He doesn't even know (or is aware of) his hands in the interview nor how to use them in speaking well. Second, I don't know who the fuck dressed him, but when the guest is wearing black, you don't do the same. Third, wtf is he? Spanish? Italian? Indian? Native American? Also, both legs are crossed. That's a big faux pas in social norms. You're always supposed to let the guest be individual and not copy them. He sucks at his job.

@HotPocketsBoy And jeans? JEANS!?!! As soon as I saw him in those 90s pieces of crap I closed the video immediately. Plus like I said, he's boring. Entertainment is reciprocal. Even in an interview, both people are supposed to be interesting. Look at every host on TV. There isn't anything there. No screens with art or lights, no fucking merry go rounds or music. It's just them, and I get that it's supposed to be serious, but SOMETHING has to pop and sizzle in this interview. Just sad.

I don't know how old you are, but remember that well. I did and it helped big time.

30-40pg outline....I really wished this was mined better. My outlines tend to run 5-6 pages. Is this more of a treatment? What exactly does he put into these outlines. I wish they would back off the career questions and focus on what EXACTLY the writers process is and the actions they take. frustration ensues

The interviewer is horrible. The poor writer starts to make a point and the interviewer says "right right" as if he already knows the answer. Sorry, but we only care about what the writer has to say.

I can't imagine watching hours of this guy's hyperactive inane chatter while the writers are trying to talk.
