Regarding Anita Bryant, I was under the impression that after her divorce from her first husband Bob that she developed a live and let live attitude towards gays. A check on Wikipedia however seems to say the opposite. I remember 30 years ago when she came to my city & church. I was on her side then because I didn't know any better. I am still a Christian but now I know better thanks to being better informed & I now support gay rights. What a difference time & being enlightened makes.

Uplifting. Even though I am far away from Kern and Coulter and The Phelps', I still live in the country filled with many close minded people, and it's hard to be myself. It is hard. And plus, I often begin to lose faith in America and began to look down out our country.
