  • Bhahaha, I love this!!!

  • Comment removed

  • its simple, u just cant fuck with spawn/black dynamite.

  • Black DAI NO MYTE!

  • I would never let Jax hit my hand.

  • the secret is not moving your shoulder...

  • @JohnnyBoyCali Actually the third punch was slower. The reason he was able to hit him was because it wasn't telegraphed by his shoulder movement. Watch the extended version he give a more in depth explanation of what he's doing. Don't be so quick to call something stupid.

  • @JohnnyBoyCali Well, until you post some videos of you showing us how it's done I'm gonna stick with my original assessment.

  • stupider isn't a word ..you stupid

  • @JohnnyBoyCali lol thats a good point to good to be true for second I thought I was on to something. The Video was still funny as hell though

  • @JohnnyBoyCali yes then you know nothing about karate I hate you then you dont know shit about karate yes I am training kick box now too but in karate you dont just use your arm you just dont throw your shoulder the punch can be really powerfull to cause you throw it from legs through hips thaht is what you learn in karate and what is mroe E=mv^2 where m is weight and v is speed much more bigger is energy by speed and what is more if you have fast punches you alse gt your target faster

  • @JohnnyBoyCali clench your fist in the moment of impact

    see how it feels

  • @thelastwordsaga Yes Captain Obvious you're supposed to clench your fists when you punch. Do you want to explain any other obvious things like if I put my hand in boiling water I'll get burned.

  • @JohnnyBoyCali yet u still bitchin how it works

bruce lee can take someone down with his

one inch punch and guess what no shoulders needed lol

so there i just explained ur obvious an asshole lol bye bye

    captain dick head lol

  • @thelastwordsaga Yes I'm sure bruce lee can take down any man with a one inch punch. I'm also sure Terminators will come back from time to kill us. On top of that we could send Rambo to Afghanistan to destroy the taliban. You people watch way too many movies and cant separate movies from real life.

  • @JohnnyBoyCali and im sure u think bush was the best president

for united states too huh!! lol you clowns kill me

  • @JohnnyBoyCali you are very right on a part but look at this video /watch?v=7ocJi7Y2jfE

  • michael j white is so fucking sexy

  • i tried this trick on my brother, but i hit his hand on the second one and totally fucked the trick up lmao

  • kimbo is a gorilla, he lost to a guy 30lbs smaller than him (petrezulli)

  • white is the man

  • ....wanna know how i got these scars?

  • @ blackeye yea he could he is a black belt in like 6 forms of martial arts and a boxer so yes he would

  • hahaha Michael is really a big asshole hahaha :-D

with his smelly tricks all the time

  • @50heartagram50 SHUT DOWN YOU HATER! WHITE PEOPLE ARE ONLY GOOD WHEN BLACK PEOPLE MESS UP..

  • @BLAQUEKING70

wtf are you talking about ??

i love to see those guy's act...

    don't really understand why i'm a hater... weirdo :-/

  • wiched

  • Do you think that Michael Jai White can withstand or put up a good fight in the MMA or UFC?

  • @shinbooks no

  • If you have not seen Blood and Bone go get it, bad ass and Mr White is a class act, im a great fan of his.

  • That is kinda strange. I've seen him do that punch before. He does this slow looking punch that they can't avoid. Must be a trick to it.

  • i got this movie it's vicious dude.

  • hahahah

  • when i saw the video i thought that they ere going to fight

  • he just didn't look at kimbos hand and didnt prepare himself to strike the same way as before

  • Saw this flick in Beijing on dvd and totally reminded me of the late 80's/early 90's van Damme-type movies, stuff they don't show on the big screen anymore, unfortunately...

  • one clever ass man right there.

  • LOL

  • LOL

  • The reason he caught him with the last one was because when someone throws a punch two times your mind adjusts to that speed so even though he side something about the speed he still caught him because him mind was thinking the next puch was the same and the slower punch threw him off.

  • Actually you should watch Michael Jai White and Kimbo Slice the extended version. Mike explains it in detail. It's great stuff.

  • @ramcity Where do you watch the extended version?

  • @ramcity Nevermind, I found it lol.

  • only partially true the real reason is he didn't telegraph the last puch the first two punches were telegraphed the body moved before the weapon i.e. his left fist. when you should show the weapon/tool first like in fencing. It gives your opponent less reaction time. it very deceptive.

  • wrong, the reason why he caught him on the last punch was he didnt move his upper body and looked at him straight in the eye, optical illusion.

  • It's an old Jedi mind trick

  • Actually, it's about the shoulder... in Penchak Silat we throw punhec without phoning the opponent... Watch his shoulder carefully...the slowest punch didn't say"PUNCH", the first two did...

  • Swing and a miss.

  • @DW1014 are you saying he couldnt see the slow punch?

  • @aplayaz2000 No it's not that he could'nt see it it's just that in your head when you see 2 punches come at a certain speed you tend to think the next one is gonna be the same and the change of speed caught him off guard

  • @DW1014 I thought it was because he didnt move his head,

  • @CodyAllenmusic you know I didn't look at that that could be it to

  • @DW1014 You couldn't be more wrong. White is teaching Kimbo how to not telegraph his punches.

  • @DW1014 Read Bruce Lee's Jeet Kun Do. If you watch, Jai White telegraphs the first punches. He tenses up and throws. The third punch is straight from a stand still, no indication of flight. He's not slow, just relaxed. You hit harder that way, too.

  • @DW1014 he is an amazing fighter and actualy knows this stuff which makes the film amazing and you should watch it i recomend watching on zmovies(.)tv

  • @1zinzanzin Yeah I seen it I love the last fight scene yeah he's nice

  • @DW1014 Wrong lol

  • He should be Luke Cage not Tyreese hollywood I don't have a problem with tyreese but he on everything right now he not the only black actor in hollywood

  • haven't seen him on anything recently myself, but tyrese has been around for over a decade in the industry so don't be sour if he gets some nice gigs, he put in his time.

  • lol hahaha

  • if a street fighter like kimbo slice calls him the real deal? the mike is definately the real deal

  • i dont get it...plz some1 expleiin me..

  • In the first 2 instances - he was executing heavy punches - telegraphed by his stance, shoulder and elbow movements... Making a show of himself. Notice how in the last punch - he doesn't get himself into a stance, doesn't telegraph his move - just executes it softly and unexpectedly (maintaining eye-contact and breaking the rythm). It's an old Martial Arts trick to illustrate the essence of letting the fist punch by itself, and psychologically misdirecting your opponent.

  • very nice explanation =)

  • i dong get it???

  • LOL

  • Just Watch undisputed 2 you Will see how mj White fight

  • The movie sucked compared to the first one with Wesley Snipes and Ving Rhaymes, but the fights was damn sure on point. MJW and Scott Adkins are martial arts magic on film.

  • true, very true but blood and bone isnt the sequel to Undisputed...

  • I know that. I never said anything about this being a sequel to Blood & Bone. I said he was the same character in Undisputed 2 that Ving Rhaymes was in the first Undisputed. You misread my comment.

  • o ok my bad, but u gott admit, Michael Jai White is a real serious martial artist. if anyone says different, tell them to look up his myspace.

  • Oh yea. MJW is a beast.

  • kimbo is definitely gettin some bread now!

  • He should have been cast as war machine

  • hell yeah

  • You know my mom thought the same thing haha

  • DUDE totally, finally some1 that thinks the same way as me!!

  • what about him as luk cage??

  • Naw, he would have upstaged Robert Downey Jr....and Hollywood won't tolerate that...the brother has incredible talent.

  • Yea. You see him as Mike Tyson from that 90s biopic? He's my first choice for the Mortal Kombat reboot as Jax.

  • of course you'd be dissapointed with spawn its old school maybe if it where these days it'l be better

  • Even though I think Wesley did a great job in the role, I think that Michael would have been just as good in 'Blade.' I was disappointed with 'Spawn' though; it would be smooth if they did a sequel to that, with better fighting scenes.

  • Wow dude i never thought of that but your right i was always saying no one could replace wesley as blade but i think michael could hes a badass

  • @DEBONAIRMAN

They will do a sequel rated r, but it seems like it's taking forever. Knowing Todd Mcfarlane, i'm not surprised.

  • there is a relatively unknown movie that he did i think i watched on bet once or twice but he grows up in the hood n becomes an assassin n then he gets recruited by some assassins league or clan or whatever but i want to know the name of the movie, somebody help me out

  • i dont know why Micheal Jai White has not blown up bigger than he is , you only live once

  • Anyone who doubts Mike White's skill check out the extended version of this. Search for Michael Jai White and Kimbo Slice Extended version.

  • Thanks you plus Michael Jai White was inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame as young as he is in 2006.

  • yeah, michael jai white is no joke man... I just wish he fought in UFC or something, he wud definitely kick peoples asses there!

  • Michael Jai White looks like a younger version of Denzel Washington here.

  • haha come on now he didnt even move all dat fast lol

  • LOL..it's a trick. Check it: notice that when Michael threw the first two jabs, he was looking at Kimbo's hand. However, when he threw the third one, he distracted Kimbo by looking him in the eye.

  • That was sweet.

  • I wish Bone had've been this witty and lively.

  • Why? Bone is a brooding anti-hero like Clint Eastwood's man with no name.

  • For me, he was simply TOO one dimensional, so much so that he was dreadfully predictable and so typical of- I mean, just a spark of originality here or there would've been cool.

  • Its a black guy in a movie where he kicks ass via martial arts lol, what did u expect

  • Thathe would do it with and with style - and oh, that he would pulverize more White guys

  • Its different to see a heavy bult black bruce lee instead of the usual white guy who is the only guy in the world that can get the job done

  • was this deleted scene?? This was an awesome snippet!!!!

  • im guessing you dont like reading descriptions then

  • L M A OOOOOOO

The third "punch" hit because he didn't move his shoulder.. people who know a little martial arts probably noticed that too.

  • Yeah, that and he leaned forward with the first two punches, giving Kimbo a visual cue to start moving his palm. But it looks to me like Michael intentionally aimed for the sides of Kimbo's hands with the first two as well....

  • sick!!!

  • LMAO!!!!!! my nephew did that on me before i seen this video and he got me....hahaha...then i slapped the shit out of him...just cuz...lol...good video

  • Mr. White thank you for show this new generation the proud tradition of the African American Martial Artist, Jim Kelly andMr. Van Cliff and Mr. Johnson(Tang So Do)ect. I hope he has many more great movies to come action and drama. Checkout BLACK DYNAMITE it's Dynoomite. Osu

  • You forgot about Wesley Snipes in that list.

  • cmooon man.

  • lmao that was awesome

  • wow

  • haha thats damn funny :D

  • this nigga is the real deal ....

  • Comment removed

  • @KoolJayJ the gave you 4 thumbs down but i like your comment

  • the first two punches he moves his shoulder before he throws the straight jab. But the third one, he doesnt move. Just throws a jab. Similar to what bruce lee was demonstrating. They are all the same speed. Its just the movement.

  • Exactly. Economy of motion.

  • LMAO !!! thats funy

  • lmao!

  • Damn lol thats crazy ehh

  • Kimbo is dat dude

  • It's about telegraphing your punches. Plain and simple.

  • michael jai white

  • "C'MON MAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!" LMAO

  • should have been war machine

  • naw he should play luke cage, thats the perfect role for him

  • he's already playing the Black Panther.

  • Where did you read that Michael Jai White is playing Black Panther?

  • internet movie database.

  • I thought that Djimon Honsou was playing Black Panther

  • That was just a rumor.

  • Yeah Djimon does not like playing the African in Hollywood which is understandable. To African Americans he was our hero. Michael Jai White has shown interest in Luke Cage Hero for Hire. Westly Snipes wanted to play the Black Panther for years but getting a studio behind it is hard. John Singelton wanted direct the Luke Cage movie with Tyreese but that did not fly. Michael Jai White is way better please look at his demo reel

  • man your right. why didnt i think of that

  • wheres ma nigga bone?helmi

  • its all about timing.

  • the guy behind laugh is so sick..funny stuff..:))))

  • kimbo vs michael jAI WHITE= MICHAEL JAI WHITE.

  • Nice

  • hehe :D

  • haha, kimbo got so mad

  • sickkkk

  • Is it just me, or was the 3rd punch the slowest?

  • Yes hes saying you dont have to be fast to be effective, he read Kimbo to know where he was gonna move his hand.

  • yeah thats exactly what he wanted to say, he didnt move his entire body, he just moved his arm, slowly, clearly;)

  • That was the point, dumbass.

  • yes it is

  • That was a good movie.:)

  • The first two he telegraphed the punches - by breaking eye contact, and leading with his shoulders. the final punch, he never broke eye contact with Kimbo, and he didn't lead with his shoulder. he just threw his hand up. He defeated him psychologically before he even threw a punch.

  • What you said is true.....

    - but, consider that finger tips of his hand move a greater distance than the palm of his hands.

So, when Jai threw the jab towards the fingertips there was a larger space for him to miss. But, when he threw the jab lower on the hand, the palm of kimbo's hand had only move slightly.......

So, the point would be. The core moves much less.

  • Let me think, Kimbo, a brawler, 6' 2", 235 lbs, lost to a 6', 205 lb Seth Petruzelli.

On the other had, Michael Jai White, trained in martial arts since 7, holds black belts in several disciplines, about 6' 2", 220 lbs, Yep, my money's on White.

  • Even Kimbo knows that, he jus said he the real deal

  • in a real fight.....what i would like to do is....hit em with my trusty baterang than get em with a side of kick in the nuts and than walk off with the his girl.....now if that aint funny....

  • basic but good shit :)

  • kimbo wave the hand right left right

notice michael lean his jab to kimbo right when he punch

    anyone can pull this off

  • what are you saying, that this is fake?

  • no hes saying that hes a internett bad-ass :P

  • no you cat do it its not that easy! try it

  • He definitely could.

  • jai white wud wipe the floor with kimbo

its a no win situation 4 kimbo any1 hu has any experience in martial arts and fyting will tell u that

  • Yeah you guys keep saying how it wouldn't phase this and that. But what that punch actually is good for is to start the combo. You can't start with a telegraphed hit, so you stun with that one, and put power in the rest of them. It's not just theatrics.

  • 5+ xD

  • xD ahahahha

  • thts awesome, MJW is so kool.

  • I think the punches you are referring to are ones thrown with excellent form but dont appear to be hard from the third party(you watching from your couch) if it lands correctly it can be devastating or at least get your enemy on the ropes. but its cool, if you think that punch can help you in an actual fight good luck, your gonna need it. The punch landed because it wasnt telegraphed, it wasnt telegraphed because it was thrown from the arm. This demonstration is for theatrics...nothing more.

  • Yes you guys are correct, he didn't telegraph or load up but the result is the punch has no power. You might be able to hit someone more easily but the strike wouldn't even phase the other fighter....

  • I disagree. Quite often it's not how hard you punch but how correct you punch. I've seen many cat's get KO'd by what looked like love taps. Watch Anderson Silva KO Forrest Griffen in UFC 101

  • Two completely different things, the punch that dropped, lets say, forest griffin came after being rocked and dropped two previous times during the fight. And the punch was thrown with perfect form besides the fact that Anderson was backing up. Thats the reason why he was able to hit him, there was no momentum he just through the punch from the arm, he through both jabs from his body. thats why kimbo was able to read it and move his hand and not the final one.

  • ask anyone whose ever been in a real fight. its the ones you dont see that hurt.

  • yeah, the ones you dont see coming but also have power behind them. The punch he just threw would even phase another fighter let alone a professional(if he can even land it)

  • well thats the same as disarming someone with a hand gun

the grabber can always grab the gun

    before the trigger gets pulled

    try it

  • damn he should be in mma too
