I still miss Al Haq, the one-footed guy who had a Peugeot dealership after being a mujahad(mis?). Poor guy went into Afghanistan on horseback with some compatriots and small fire arms before the country was quite pacified, got killed on the way in. I think he was the first "choice" for president.

Actually, I do not find that being a warlord is a bad thing. There are several islamic militants that exist today that think and act in a way Christians haven't since before the crusades. Men once held honor and dignity above all else, I find that many muslims do so even as we "westerners" find it to be nothing more then a savage and "medieval" state of mind.
