In fact, there are two kinds of them. One is seen as that in the video. Another kind contains two circular rings with the same diameter. You should solve it in a different way to replace the target ring.
However, you can find nearly the same thing (the picture of the puzzle with triangular component) in the book, puzzles old & new how to make and solve them.

如果最底的不是三個形或者中間的圓不能從旁邊拉出去就做不到了
