  • i would say hand on heart this was one of the best times ive seen Tangerine dream

  • Perfect drum too!

  • wasn't that a few hundred more cymbal crashes than the original?

  • I love this music :)

  • Amazing performance here! An awesome live version of one of my most favorite TD singles! 5 stars! I only wish I could've been there myself.

  • Spot on, stasber! Have a pint for this work, you deserve it!

Respectfully from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

  • In this year we celebrate 40 years from their first album!!!!!

  • Recently I had the occasion to see the DVD of Tangerine Dream on stage in London, and there is only one word to resume it: great!!

  • Looks and sounds good to me buddy , these guys are the masters at their craft , I dabble myself , but this is pure genius , don`t fret about the quality it`s perfect and we`re all watching it on laptops anyway .great to see that this band have a strong and appreciative following considering the garbage the media feeds us now . Pub singers and mime artists .

  • was at the gig but had to bog off early to catch the tube and train home - cant remember them doing this though so it must have been an encore

  • This live piece is better than the vinyl!

  • Hehe.. controversial!! Vinyl is hard to beat, and so are analog synths! But ho hum, times move on :)

  • Well done with your cam! Do I hear "Force Majeure" here? If not, apologies for my bad memory ;-) Anyway, this sounds so good!

  • Close, it's Cloudburst Flight from the Force Majeure album which is after the title song. Oh...if only I was there

  • Yes, definitely thanks for the upload! Exemplary footage!

  • Bass still sounds good to me, what a great tune.

  • Wish I could be in that band...

  • Floyd was trying to emulate TD, if anything! Pink Floyd was drug induced psychosis where Edgar has always been influenced by ART! Floyd also sold out to commercialism where TD has stayed focused on imagery and imagination.

  • Tangerine Dream have never needed to imitate Pink Floyd, they're way beyond that anyone with a brain can see it, so grow up and don't be an arsehole SuperBlammo.

  • What!? these guys sound NOTHING like floyd, and trust me, I know my floyd.

  • Sounds even better on their new 3 disc album

  • Tickets are now available for Tangerine Dream's concert at the Royal Albert Hall on April 1st, 2010. Tickets range from £25-£65

  • if you like psychedelic musis or prog rock then check out these bands--Tentacles, Melting Euphoria, Eat Static, System 7, Gong, Mother Gong, Magma, Steve Tibbetts, Patrick Bernard, Aphrodities Child, Lisa Gerrard

  • Oh, What I would give for them to come to Australia and play this. Absolutely wonderful.

  • I'd naver heard this piece alive.

Perfect is the choice to sobstitute the keyboard timbre of the last part of the music.

Solo guitar is exciting as in the Lp.

    Good psychedelic vibrations.

  • This one is great! Thanks for posting. Great show in London and Edinburgh! :-)

  • excellent vid of a phenominal night!

    best TD gig ever
