Wow. I can't believe I went to high school with him (Nick Edwards). I'd listen to him in shows and I knew he'd be famous one day. His voice is truly amazing. ^__^

This guy grasped the essence of singing a Jpop. It's not the technique, it's the conveyed emotion in simplicity &every syllables. Simply put,he didn't westernize the song he was singing. Without making himself looks like he's copying the singer, he found the "Japan charm" of his own uniqueness

Plus his pronunciation is the most perfect from all the contestants. That's what made him won. I hate it when ppl called this show unfair just bec it didnt have a same judging standard as American Idol.
