The nazi generals and officers hanged an sentanced in the nuremberg trials were innocent. The commited no crimes in their country, they did not kill any one, only sent the orders. The United Nations was created after the holocaust and they then created international law. It states in international law that a crime cant be created to sentance a person after they commit the crime, so technically they were all innocent. There were no "crimes against humanity law" until after the fact.
