Oh, I believe it. Virtually all mainstream American products have a gunpowder limit of 500 grams, so regardless of how big they look, they can only have so big a blast.

dude my uncle knows a guy that sells 6 inch mortar shells. they are highly explosive and are the loudest thing anyone can get out of a firework. ( my uncle is not a pyrotechnician)

ok i will.... id love to do aerials but i live in nc where they are illegal i still light them off just in a trail in my neighborhood realy realy deep so i dont bother society... i already had the cops called on me lol

I've had the cops called on me a few times as well. I live in PA, where all fireworks are pretty much illegal. I don't let legality get in the way of the holiday, however.
