I think the PS2 version has a different opening part, because you start off in the jail on the PS2.

PS2 version is perfectly the same. If you start in jail depends on whether you pick the key card in the previous level "Poseidon" or not. If you don't get it the video sequence at the end of "Poseidon" will be different.
