m8, what u want is to be as light as possible without the hevy armour u were 45kg u wanna b 0kg u can run for longer

I did explain that in the video (0:37) i was using the salt water springs which gives unlimited run energy based on your agility level, not weight. If weight is an issue then i recomend getting up Hunter so you can wear a spottier cape then get Boots of Lightness and maybe even some penance golves!
