Eeeeeeeeeh... I'd have to disagree with you on that... If B&B get together, it's going to be the end of the show.

You really have to look at it from a writer's POV (which I can actually do... But still). If you get to the point where a fan gets what he/she wants, there's no point in continuing. We want them together, no ifs, ands or buts.
