Love this idea. I always have to have my bump in my hair lol I did buy a bump it, what a joke..you can see it through my hair. If I can't get a good enough bump, I'll just wrap it around a roller lol ( I throw the hair from my brushes out to the birds and squirrels for their nests ;)

@jleemkup727 Yes, we back-combed the extension. It can be super damaging if you do it wrong, but the way I show, it is actually safe on the hair.

I have such long blonde hair, kinda thick, down to my tailbone and unlaired.

I dont do anything special with my hair couse i get frustrated with it and keeping my arms in the air is tireing.

I mainly keep it in buns (when im lazy, i dont use clips to hold it up, i just tuck in the end and i work in kitch.) half ponie tail, or sometimes down (not in public, it gets too messy)

Hey there, I just wanted to say one thing about saying that backcombing your hair like that isn't damaging, cause it is. The way you tease still make the cuticles in your hair stand up more, just as much as when you comb back and forth. So this'll damage your hair just as quickly as when you would tease it the 'normal' way.

Tiffany that's great about the vitamins. I bet you find that great for the RA too? Your so pretty ; ) Is there some products out there for hair like shampoo and creamrinse that are all natural that you don't like so I won't buy them lol I value your opinion. You're so sweet. Thanks :) Yes I would say the vitamins seem to help with my RA. The Fish oils & Womens Multi-Vitamins dont necessarily help the pain, and swelling.. but I do feel they help my body stay on track with nutrients it may be deficient in. Although, there is one vitamin I take that is a mix of pure essential oils & helps support a healthy digestive tract.. I dont know what it is, but its helped tremendously with my pain & swelling. BUT what I can tell you is every product I try is naturaly and/or organic.. I know that helps strengthen the hair. I also am diligent with vitamins. Fish oils & womens multi vitamin... are key :) Hope this helps
