  • fuck truman rest in piss faggot

  • @edwardd6681 When you come up with a better way to win a world war, let me hear it.

  • we should have dropped them on Dec. 7th!

  • Dropping the A-bombs spared the Allies an invasion of Japan in which millions of American, British, French and other allied troops would have been killed. Truman's first responsibility was to end the war and save American lives. Japanese lives were saved too. We have been at peace with Japan for 66 years. They are now a valued friend and ally.

  • @dfc99nyc Not to mention that, by winning the war with no real Soviet help, it allowed the country to be rebuilt as one, under one direction, laying the groundwork for the peaceful, prosperous Japan of today - I'm half convinced that saved more Japanese lives than preempting invasion, since a Soviet North Japan and a pro-US South Japan would've made East and West Germany look like BFFs.

@elsocio231 he was allowed to remain, lived until 1989, and was buried with a MM watch he got at Disneyland.

  • Or what? because he is a criminal!

  • After japon surrender what happen with the emperor? He committed suicide

  • @elsocio231 Emperor Hirohito didnt commit suicide, he didnt even think about committing suicide. He believed he saved his country, which he did by accepting full surrender. Hirohito lived and continued to be emperor until 1989, when he died at the age of 87. Quite spreading lies.

  • The bombings saved TENS of MILLIONS of lives, a small number of whom were American.

  • japan say that us should apologize for atomic bomb if so then they should also apologize to us for pearl harbour and china, malaya, singapore etc for mass murder, rape and torture

  • If we hadn't nuked Japan 80%+ of their population including women&children would have been killed in combat and bombings. If we had invaded all citizens would have likely took up arms and not surrendered. More people died in the fire bombings of Tokyo then at either nuclear bomb site. We also dropped papers on the possible target cities stating that they would be entirely destroyed and to leave. We didn't start the war why should we have accepted anything less than unconditional surrender?

  • Comment removed

  • @83DUX45 Actually if the Allies invaded Japan, the civilian casualties would have been higher than military losses on both sides.

  • @83DUX45 The United States Government and the United States people agreed to finish this war with "unconditional surrender" we did not play for tidbits, that is why Japan has a new peaceful, non military governement, Hitler and Nazism is against the law in Germany. A cease fire is a compromise, the only true peace was the harder path America chose. It worked !!

  • @83DUX45 In war it does. Here's how it works according to Most Governments. Your Civilians > Your Soldiers > Enemy Civilians > Enemy Soldiers. What that means is that it would be better to lose Enemy Civilians than lose your troops. Morally the decision is questionable. But tactically, this was (should have been) an easy decision. Millions of lives on both sides would have been lost to conquer mainland Japan. Civilians possibly. It may seem wrong, but it saved many more lives than people think.

  • Although the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki may have been necessary to American government, the death toll (To me) is ridiculous. The amount of innocent lives peaking over 10,000 people. Imagine if Iran (Used only for the example, respectively) dropped an atomic bomb in San Diego California. But, on the other hand, I also think the conflict was ridiculous. I think ultimately, the American government should have come to a better decision.

  • @Ragewinftw You have not studied war then. The battle of the Somme, alone, lost a million Germans and Frenchmen, you look at the bomb and still do not understand the true numbers at stake. If Japan had not been forced to surrender by the Atomic bomb a battle of the Somme death toll was imminent. Never Forget Harry Truman was a Veteran of WWI, he knew what land warfare could do. The bomb killed innocents yes, so did the bombing of Dresden by the british. It ended the war. Saved lives!

  • I'm happy to say this man is recognized as worst war criminal in the history of mankind in this country. We will countinue to support Iran,N.Korea and Al Qaeda by financial aid so that someday they can nuke them.hahaha

  • @Waterfall714 I am happy to say, speaking as a United States citizen. Harry Truman is remembered by us as a man of distinct moral character. He made decisions based on fact and ethics. His decision to drop the bombs saved millions of Japanese and American lives. I don't know what rancid hateful nation you come from, but never assume facts, not in evidence. We respect him in the USA, he had the Presidency thrust upon him and this decision. You have no idea the enormity of it.

  • emperor hirohito and his wife disliked this

  • IF Japan developed the A-bomb first then for sure Japan had won WWII. The surrender ceremony would held aboard the Japanese battleship Yamato at Pearl Harbor, at which the government representatives of US, Britain, China, Dutch, Australia, Canada and the rest of the Allied countries signed the Instrument of Surrender provided by the Japanese government. Eventually there would be only two countries in the world, Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany.

  • @carribbeandreams2004 I think it was the right thing to drop the a-bombs, but I wouldn't call it 'righteous'. I know the Japanese did all sorts of in-describable things, but dropping the bomb was the duty that needed to be done. If that didn't happen, millions of unneccesary lives would have been lost on both sides of a land invasion of Japan.

  • The atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki shouldn't even be debated. It saved millions of lives and brought a swift end to history's most brutal conflict.

  • @TheDarkKnight990 I def agree with you. However, I think that we should also agree that any use of the atom bomb today would end the world.

  • @carribbeandreams2004 Yea right, there's a little problem with that, HUMAN RIGHTS! After doing all of that you would have started WW3 or extended WW2 right after it dumb ass.

  • 1 person is a nazi

  • How anyone can pity the Japanese war machine after Nanking, Burma, Pearl Harbor and Bataan is anyone's guess. I'd imagine it's political correctness, because rarely do people come out in support of Hitler's Germany, which was Japan's best friend during the war.

  • Truman was the last working class guy to become president. He never went to college and only took night school classes at the University of Kansas City (now UMKC) in law. When he passed the bar, he dropped out. Today, he wouldn't be allowed to get a job managing a Pizza Hut, which is sad. He was an honest man.

  • @mikedonn71 Yeah..

Back in those days you didn't have to be a genious and what not[not saying they were stupid, I just mean with a lot of crazy college degrees).

Times change, the presidents are getting smarter[except for maybe gwb, but they are becoming more dishonest, and distant from the people.

I love japan, and japanese culture, they grew a lot from then.

They definitely deserved to get nuked though.

  • Harry Truman wasn't a human - he's anti, anti-man!

He's lis'nin' 2 the "slotsiP xeS" (while dancin' crazy pogo dance!...) xDD

  • Fuck Truman!

This was the biggest single war crime in the history of the human race! Even Adolf Hitler didn't wipe out 300,000 in one go!

  • @ToaJoe And what would you say if he had ordered the invasion instead, when millions had died?

  • @ToaJoe ... Seriously? You're right. He wiped out 6,000,000 in thousands of goes, not to mention another 20,000,000 Soviet civilians. But you're right. 300,000 is definitely worse then that. No question.

  • @Unilateralism In ONE GO, I said. Hitler took his time. Of course, Hitler was worse than Truman, but Truman kind of broke the record by killing 300,000 in the space of an hour.

  • @ToaJoe So, you're argument is that this was the worst war crime in history despite the facts that: 1) It's casualty count doesn't even break the top 30 of terrible war crimes, 2) It lasted less then an hour, and 3) it saved millions of Japanese, American, British, and Soviet lives. I can't help but see a flaw in that...

  • @Unilateralism Saved millions of lives? Don't make me laugh. That really is the lamest argument I've ever heard from a proponant of Truman's actions.

  • @ToaJoe

    en . wikipedia . org / wiki / Operation Downfall # Estimated _ Casualties

    ^remove the spaces^

That page quotes over 100,000 dead within the first 30 Days, 500,000 dead within 90-days, and at least 1,200,000 dead within the first year. The official estimate for the office of the secretary of war reported that it would cost between 1.7-4 MILLION American casualties, along with 5-10 MILLION Japanese casualties. By the most conservative estimates, that's 6.7 MILLION lives saved.

  • @ToaJoe Wow I was wondering who this Idiot was that didn't understand how the Atomic bombs dropped on Japan saved millions of lives. Then I went to his page and discovered he was just UK British trash. We saved their ass.....TWICE....their country is being ate like a cancer from liberalism and multiculturalism...reduced to Zimbabwe standards. So what do they do? Come onto an American site, onto a American presidential speech and start America hating. We should drop the bomb on London.

  • @cchanderson Oh dear, a patriotic 11 year old autistic boy dwelling on youtube. Actually, forget it, your comment is so full of stupidity, it isn't worth replying.

  • @ToaJoe Though his comment is ignorant beyond all standards, I do believe mine not only has merit, but a source as well. Not to mention the fact that that source links you to half a dozen legitimate sources reinforcing the point, and as such, I would appreciate an appropriate cession or response.

  • @cchanderson Whoa, dude. Calm your shit. Regardless of how ignorant this one man is, bombing a city of millions isn't exactly the sane option. London is a pretty nice place, and the people there are fairly kind and respectful as long as you show them respect, not to mention the UK is one of the US' most steadfast allies.

  • @Unilateralism I'm not ignorant. Why do you call me ignorant for disagreeing with you? It is not a fact, merely an estimate, if an overblown one, that a hypothetical situation where the atomic bombs were dropped would cost millions of lives. There is no straight evidence. Stalin had agreed to fight Japan after Germany was finished- IMO, the ordeal would be over by 1946, and the death toll would absoloutely not be higher than 1 million.

  • @ToaJoe I don't call you ignorant for ignoring with me, I call you ignorant for, as a layman, disagreeing with the conclusion of nearly every professional in the field: that, had X-Day occurred, the casualty count would have risen about 1 million dead within a year, not counting Soviet and British intervention. And despite any beliefs you may have about Stalin, he not one for keeping the death toll low, and, if anything, Soviet intervention on Kyushu would have inflated the death toll.

  • @Unilateralism There you have it. Russia had pledged to fight Japan after the Nazi defeat. Everyone with a brain knows the Russians had the best army by a country mile. Stalin didn't care about the death toll, clearly, but the facts stand up, the eastern front fighting shows that Russia would have utterly crushed Japan, there would hardly be millions more on the death toll.

  • @ToaJoe Whoa. Step back. The Russians only had the best army in the world because there army outnumbered the combined armies of every other allied power by a 2:1 ratio. The Russian Army took massive losses every time it took a step, and had piss poor equipment (excluding the Tiger Tank) until the Kalashnikov in the late 40's. When I said 'Stalin didn't care about the death toll' I was alluding to the fact that he had entire armies of prisoners whom he threw into battle intending for them to die.

  • @ToaJoe There is no way an invasion by the USSR of Kyushu would have ended with anything other then millions of Soviet losses, especially considering that the Soviet's only great general was Zhukov, and they had ZERO experience with amphibious warfare. There landing alone would cost them half a million losses, not to mention their lacking a powerful navy, and the fact that their Air Force was a joke compared to the Japanese, American, and Royal Air Forces.

  • @Unilateralism It's simple- the Americans should have taken out the Japanese air force, the British should have wiped out their navy, then the Russians could fight them on land and completely crush the army. This would not have cost millions of lives.

  • @ToaJoe No. That's not how it works. You do realize that you are effectively arguing that 'you, a man with seemingly no greater knowledge of war then playing Call of Duty on the weekends, is somehow more knowledgeable of military strategies and capabilities then the four greatest generals in human history (Montgomery, Patton, MacArthur, and Zhukov), the entire American Department of War, British Imperial War Ministry, and the Soviet War Directorates'?

  • @ToaJoe However, to point out, specifically, the problems with your general strategy: the Japanese Air Force operated all over Asia, with bases in China, Korea, Vietnam, and the Pacific. It would take years for the United States to successfully eliminate all of those bases, and cost millions of dollars in losses, and thousands of lives. The Japanese Imperial Navy was larger and more powerful then the Royal Navy's Pacific fleet. In fact, only the American Pacific Fleet was comparable in size.

  • @ToaJoe And, once again, the Japanese Imperial Navy had dozens of bases, all of which had capable air and ground defenses, spread throughout Asia and the Pacific. Tracking down and successfully capturing or destroying every one of these bases would be a logistical nightmare, costing billions of dollars in losses, and tens of thousands of American and Japanese lives. Lastly, destroying the Japanese Navy and Air Force does not prevent the logistical nightmare that would be an amphibious assault...

  • @ToaJoe ...on Kyushu. Even if the USSR successfully landed on Kyushu, they lacked the supply lines necessary to supply their offensive force on the island, while facing staunch resistance from, not only the Japanese army, but over one third of the population of Japan which was prepared to take part in the defense of the island, which would mean the Soviets would have been forced to, not only to KILL EVERY SOLDIER, but effectively commit GENOCIDE against Japan before they could declare victory.

  • @ToaJoe See my latest video to see your idol get demolished.

  • Truman was a legitimate gangster

  • well

americans deserved the pearl harbor attack.

    damn pigs.

    your days are numbered.

    From China with love.

  • @ViniciusFiocco LOL...your economy won't last 5 more years....Americans are tired of your defective and shit ass products because they brake if you breath on them. All the unemployed 5 year olds...THINK ABOUT IT....China will never be a superpower...Oh, and your bitch cunt leader is too afraid to fuck with the U.S. and everyone in that country knows it.

  • @hamartolos1 america is weak.

You don't have that same respect from 50' and 60' anymore. Currently, USA is just an old joke.

The Roman Empire fell to a bunch of stupid barbarians. Remember the Pax Americana.

We have a lot of people working with U$1 per day. We almost don't have taxes. We have a consumer market of more than 1bi people. We gonna own the world until 2020.

  • @ViniciusFiocco america has a better chance of lasting at least the people have a say while china is a comunist state communism dose not work on a big scale russia proved that and the name the peoples republic of china is an insult your government will fail before ours

  • @oldmusic138 The old democracy. Do you really believe in it? BTW China isn't a real comunist state like URSS was. We're open for the whole world and the world is open for us. The China's comunist system is totally diferent of URSS.

  • @ViniciusFiocco you are right china is not like the USSR but they still treat the citizens the same and if that keep doing that there will be a revolution.also I do belive in the United States to a point we have our fults but if we get the right people in charge we will prosper like in the 50's and 60's

  • @hamartolos1 China will never be a superpower? It already is. The US economy is so reliant on cheap Chinese exports, if China somehow ceased to exist, a scale of catastrophe would be unleashed on the US economy so large that it is difficult to put into words.

  • We needed to, had and were forced to drop those bombs.

Not only to end the war in the Pacific, but to scare the hell out of the goddamn Soviets, let them know we're packing.

Truman probably lost hours and hours of sleep contemplating the dropping of the A-Bombs,

and if you don't think for one second if Germany or Japan had one of those bombs they would have dropped them square on New York or Chicago.

    Get REAL

  • @Justin8806 Not Chicago. To far in-land for German submarines and Japanese carriers to reach. New York was Germany's prime target, with San Francisco being Japans (not for any atomic bombing, rather for their theoretic invasion of the Western United States).

  • Truman was a great president making descions that will affect man forever

  • Churchill was the best. (I know this isnt churchill)

  • @nasafakedit Do you rele think that humans are animals? Can you explain why you feel this way?

  • @Eric8542010 No. He was a coward who was forced to do what was right by the greater men around him. Truman was politically beaten by MacArthur, because Truman did NOT want to use the bombs. MacArthur was the hero in this tale, not Truman, who would later fire one of the bravest and most decorated men in American history.

  • He did what need to be done to save American soldiers lives. Japan start a war with the US Turman ended it. He is a great american hero. Anyone who say other wise is a Jap or not old or educated enough to understand

  • Comment removed

  • @2009Root No. Truman was and is no hero. Truman didn't want to use the weapons. It wasn't until the Army Chiefs of Staff under MacArthur threatened to tell the American public that he would let millions of them die if he refused to use the bombs that he was willing to sign the order. MacArthur and the brave men who politically cornered Truman were the real heroes. Unfortunately, Truman went on to quietly fire these brave men, and execute the last, and bravest of them years later.

  • Your a tools your only 23. what do you know about history

  • U.S.A.:1 Japan: -2

  • @TheDaniel13761 holy shit -2 thats a good one, hahaha. good stuff.

  • united states rules and japan droolz! haaaa

  • USA should have Atom bombed to the whole of Japan

  • @nasafakedit No. That would have been a waste of good atom bombs. We should have made Japan a protectorate, though. It would have given us a massive edge during Korea and Vietnam, not to mention an excellent staging ground for an assault against China/USSR if such a ground were ever needed.

  • @Unilateralism Yes US NWO Govt should have let japan invade evil china

but thye had other plans for global domination

    and a one world government

  • @nasafakedit Lol. You're full of retarded, conspiracy-theorist bullshit. At the time, China wasn't evil. It was torn between the politically agreeable and freedom-loving, but corrupt nationalist, and the authoritarian, genocide-committing, but committed, Communists. Japan was the evil one at that point, not China, you idiot.

And they didn't have plans for global domination. If they had, Japan, and most of Western Europe would be a protectorate, and Moscow would be a radioactive crater.

  • @Unilateralism

China is evil and you are mentally backwards

    child labour

    animal torture

My point is that the US should have allowed Japan to invade the yellow monkeys

  • @nasafakedit China is evil. That's besides the point. Back then, it wasn't. Before 1950, China was just a giant farming country. There was no more child labor then you would expect from a few millions farming families. And what animal torture? What's the point of animal torture? Are they trying to get information from turkey's? No. That's not even a fucking war crime. You're retarded. Japan was more evil then China back then, because China wasn't communist, and you're a racist retard. Stfu.

  • @Unilateralism there has been child labour and animal torture in evil china for centuries

watch this video and go to hell moron

    watch?v=sLcgxIGTFRs

  • @nasafakedit What qualifies as animal torture? Does having an ox pull a cart qualify as animal torture? Perhaps eating chickens? Please, do tell me what exactly qualifies as animal torture, because I assure you the Egyptian, Babylonians and Assyrians were more then likely doing it long before China existed, and the Europeans have likely been doing it for a slightly smaller amount of time.

  • @Unilateralism did you watch that video you fucking idiot?

skinning animals alive is animal torture

  • @nasafakedit Yes. I did. And the second the Swiss can claim they didn't do that as an agricultural society (they did), is the second it will make China evil. What does make China evil at the moment, is the fact that the communist government orders the execution of tens of thousands of political opponents per year.

Quick recap, though: your argument is that, because the Chinese kill/torture animals, they are more evil then the Japanese, who kill/torture humans?

  • @Unilateralism any country that permits skinning animals alive

and child labour is pure EVIL

The sooner tsunamis wipe yellow evil china out the better

  • @nasafakedit Wow... you're a lunatic. Humans are better then animals. That's why we're the dominant species, and as the dominant species it is both our right and responsibility to subjugate all other species as a means of advancing ourselves as much as possible as a means of furthering the advancement of life as a whole. Yes, it's wrong to kill animals unnecessarily, but it's more wrong to kill humans. China's evil, but Japan was worse. Get over it, you racist fuck.

  • @nasafakedit yellow monkeys hahahaha thats true man they just look like us in yellow LOL (BY THE WAY AM BLACK ) JHAHAHAH THRUTH HURTS BUT FUNNY!

  • @babejmal ... just because you're black doesn't mean you aren't a racist fuck. Go off yourself you racist asshole.

  • @babejmal Do you think that just because your black you can say racist crap and not be racist? And by the way, how about the Companies from Europe, North America, and other places that hire the Chinese. Do you own anything leather? That includes many kinds of wallets, belts, coats, furniture, etc. Guess how those are made. Own anything made in China and it is made using child labor. If you own any of those things, then you are no better.

  • Think of the millions of American lives that were saved by this decision. Also the lives of those in countries other than Japan.

  • Japan wasn't on a quest to rule the world, to extend its empire. The nation was simply seeking to protect its citizenry and national pride, no different than what we Americans would do.

  • Idiot. They weren't just seeking to protect their "citizenry" and "national pride", they were invading and occupying other countries in Asia and trying to expand their empire.

  • @adulamunda to protect its national pride by doing the Nanking Massacre?Japanese were brain-washed these stuffs at that time. They are still. The cultural pride of Japan is simply Sickness even today. If not for the Atomic Bombings, there could have been ONE Bullet for ONE Chinese Life inside China as the War dragged on.....Too bad for the lost of lives in these two cities.Better them than US, US soldiers and all the civilians living under Japanese occupation.Think about this before you go to bed.

  • @bball2294 and those in japan too. A land invasion would have seen more Japanese deaths

  • @bball2294 You are correct. Millions of lives were saved by the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and millions more would have been saved not 4 years later and Truman been against the use of the weapons to begin with. The only reason Truman chose to use the atom bombs was because the Army Chiefs of Staff threatened to tell the American public that he was willing to let millions of them die. Unfortunately, he would go on to fire these brave men, and exile the last, and bravest of them.

  • @bball2294 Not just American, Many more, chinese, philipean, any other countries in southeast asia who have already had felt the wrath of the japanese empire.

  • @bball2294 FUCK off!

What an arrogant, ignorant and revolting thing to say!

Truman was a decent man, but he was wrong to drop the bomb. Appauling. Disgraceful. A war criminal.

  • @ToaJoe although i agree it was wrong, you must remember the price we wouldve had to pay if we didnt drop the bomb. and they were the origional offenders here

  • @RememberSoCal Um, no. Calculated American cost of life was at 50,000, if they hadn't dropped the bomb. Japanese deaths: 240,000. So it was a terrible decision to drop the bomb and completely arrogant.

  • @ToaJoe Tens of millions of Japanese and hundreds of thousands of Americans at the least would have died had the Atomic bombs not been dropped. This is fact.

  • @Christian121y No, that is not a fact. And judging by your religious account title, I suspect you aren't accustomed to learning real facts either.

  • @ToaJoe Or it could just be my name idiot. And you claiming the sky is red does not make it red I'm afraid. The Atomic Bombs saved the lives of millions of people,no amount of revisionism or intellectual cuteness can change that.

  • @Christian121y Calculated American deaths if the bombing had not taken place was 50,000. Soviet troops had already ambushed the bulk of the Japanese army and finished them off. The bombs killed 240,000 Japs. Justify that, please.

  • @ToaJoe Bullshit. The Japanese had a defensive force of 5 MILLION soldiers on their costs, and Operaation Downfall (the invasion of Japan) was intended to involve over 4 MILLION Americans, 1 MILLION British Commonwealth, and 5 MILLION Soviet soldiers. The Japanese had a force reserve of over 4 million, and Japanese civilians lived in a culture where they were expected to fight to the death.. Estimated Americans deaths were over 500,000, with soviet and Japanese losses being twice that, each!

  • @ToaJoe Operation Downfall could have only ended one way: with Japan nothing more then a pile of ashes in the Pacific. The Atomic bomb cost a quarter of a million lives, and ended the war in a week. By the estimates of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Operation Downfall would have cost over 500,000 American casualties, and over 2 million non-American casualties within the FIRST YEAR, and it was expected to last as many as 5 years. There's a reason the Japanese showed Truman such respect.

  • @ToaJoe Once again this is simply not true unless you were thinking the US Army was lying to itself or something. And Christian is MY NAME you ignoramus not my profession or more accurately lack of it.

  • @bball2294 Wrong! We had already fire bombed the shit out of Japan killing hundreds of thousands of civilians in the process. We already won the war twice by the time the little boy bomb and we dropped the Fat Man before the prime minister had a chance to convince his cabinet. we could have waited for Japan to get its shit together and surrender, but we killed another 50,000 there was any formal action. We could have stopped fighting at any time and not lose any more troops.

  • @illlite Bullshit. We had firebombed Tokyo, causing little actual damage. Just so you know, every fire-bombing does not result in Dresden-levels of destruction. The fire-bombing of Tokyo damaged its output in no significant level, and, even after we dropped the bombs, the Japanese military hierarchy actually attempted to depose the Emperor because they wanted to KEEP FIGHTING. Japan's Prime Minister was a General Tojo, who resigned in 1944, and had no say in their surrender.

  • @illlite And we couldn't have stopped fighting! The Japanese were still building planes and ships in the hope of driving us back out of Guam, they were still fighting the Soviets in Manchuria, and slaughtering the Chinese on the mainland. They did not stop fighting until the Emperor ordered them to almost a MONTH later. We dropped the bombs on August 6th, and 9th, and Japan did not surrender until September 2nd! They had a month between Okinawa and the bombings. They chose to keep fighting.

  • Truman was a Great American President

  • @2009Root The Man's character, reverence for his country, and to the Office of the Presidency is even more appreciated today.

And knowing that he was just a servant to the bigger picture and greater good is something we should all strive for.

  • @2009Root

I hope he rots in hell!

  • @2009Root Do u have a heart or a brain? he ordered to drop the bombs that killed more than 250.000 ppl, babys, women, young men, etc... hes a fucking killer, a coward

  • @Cadistasiosi Lol. He ordered the use of two bombs that killed 250,000, as an alternatively to using 2,000 bombs on Tokyo and Hiroshima, which would have killed millions. Not to mention the inevitable X-Day (the plan to assault the main island) which would have ended with tens of millions of American and Japanese soldiers dying. You're an idiot.

  • @Unilateralism and you are a fucking asshole if u think that somebody who ordered to twor bombs that killed thousands of people (women, young men, children, babys...) ,made genetical disorders and caused a lot of illnes like cancers to thousands of future children is a hero (MacArthur or Truman) . And you say that it was an alternative, fuck OFF, hes a FUCKING genocide, period.

  • @Cadistasiosi Lol. You're retarded. The atom bombs killed less then half a million people. The death toll for an invasion of mainland Japan? 5-7 MILLION people dead, and those were conservative estimates. If you're so stupid as to think a few thousand people qualifies as genocide, you don't know a damn thing about genocide. The A-bombs saved more lives then they ended.

  • @Unilateralism FACT: Truman and his government decided to throw 2 nuclear bombs over innocent people, which killed and caused illness to more than 200.000 people = KILLER

  • @Cadistasiosi FACT: The Japanese government ordered the execution of over 500,000 Chinese civilians. FACT: The Japanese government leveled an entire city, killing over a million people in the process. FACT: The atom bombs damaged less then 1/8 of the cities struck. FACT: The United States militarily intentionally avoided targeting the highly populated uptown, instead choosing the more productive, but less populated downtown. FACT: The estimated death toll for X-Day was 1 million in first year.

  • @Cadistasiosi FACT: The alternative method of fire-bombing would have caused over 14x the casualties. FACT: The Japanese military issued an order stating they would never surrender to foreign invaders. FACT: The United States spent more money on repairing the cities and helping those injured then the Japanese government spent withdrawing from China. FACT: The Soviets killed more people capturing Manchuria then we killed with the Atomic bombings.

  • @Unilateralism FACT: Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Hirohito, Truman, etc... ordered to kill millions of innocent people so they are KILLERS

tell to a mom in Hiroshima that lost her baby burned by the bomb that USA spent a lot of money repairing cities... man, CMON, we are talking about HUMANITY, fuck the war and those who contributed to make it

  • @Cadistasiosi Lol. You're retarded, right? Mussolini never ordered the deaths of millions of people. The worst he did was kill about 50,000 Ethiopians when he declared war on Ethiopia. And Truman never ordered the deaths of innocent people. Period. He was to much of a pussy to order the deaths of those who killed hundreds of Americans, much less innocent people.

And I will. We took the cities that caused the deaths of thousands of Americans, destroyed them, and then rebuilt them.
