No whipped up money sceme for Paul to make more money. No message. Just part of the 80's movie, "Give my Regards to Broad Street."

it's the master tapes that they are looking for in the movie... they decided to hand them to an recovering drug/alcohol addict and the weren't delivered in time... If they don't find the master tapes... the Banks won't fund their future project including the one they are working on in the movie
