  • you are very pretty!! great video!

  • your hat reminds me of santa and i love it :) Happy (Late/Early) Winter Time.

  • I could probably watch from 0:12 to 0:16 like a thousand times lol

  • Hahaha, silly boy.

    I miss thee. <3

  • Why the heck didn't I comment on this earlier? My bad. =\

This is a very good lesson. I worry about what people do all too much. What they do to be happy shouldn't bother me at all. I'm going to make a point to not let that happen anymore. It's silly and contrived of us to nit pick on other people's hobbies and actions.

Another great point, Megan. *This* is why I subscribed: to smile & think more.

    Hope your weekend goes well,

    ~Trevor

  • Yeah... it's hard though. It's like how everyone is "that guy," and we know we're him too, but we still get annoyed. It's not super easy to change things like that, and I'm as guilty of it as everyone.

Thanks. :) I hope your semester is going well so far.

    Megan

  • I kind of had this realisation after thinking about how I'd criticised people for reading the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer.

Even if I don't like it, reading it makes other people happy, and isn't that what's important, ultimately? Yeah. It is.

    :D

  • I agree.

And it's like, our society tries to make us think that we can't be happy if we live our lives certain ways... and yet we can. :)

  • Yay video!

P.S. I like when you have a song playing while you talk - I may have mentioned this before, but it's a cool effect. :)

  • Thanks. I was actually wondering about that. Really I just really like the song. XD

  • You know, I was thinking I should probably comment with more than "Yay video!" all the time...

I pretty much agree with everything you're saying - I'd even call it one of the most basic rules of life - do what you want as long as it isn't intruding on other people's right to happiness. Of course...the gray area comes in when you decide where people's right to happiness ends. I know know said you didn't have the greatest examples, but personally I think singing in a restaurant is...

    (TBC)

  • ...a little bit over the top - I think people to have a bit of a right to quiet in such a place. But like, singing in a park or something is totally different - that's cool. :)

    P.S. Hat = cool. :D

  • Yeah... my examples were awful. I mean, like, if you and I were in Joe's and I wanted to sing La Vie Boheme on a table... I should totally feel free to do that. :P

  • Haha, well I wasn't really talking about Jo's - singing there would probably just make everyone else really glad they were there, so that's good. When you said "restaurant", I guess I automatically assumed fancy. :P

  • Yeah... everything I said, there's a little implied "within reason." Like, skip across the road? Where did *that* example come from? XD

    Oh well. It was 4 a.m. :P

  • Next thing you know and it'll be "blow up a building"... :/

  • But...what if killing bunnies and small turtles at the zoo with a yellow pillow makes me happy? D:

    Do they have...private restaurants?

  • I need to put ridiculous things like that on youtube. XD

  • You really, really do. Seriously. *whispers* dooo iiit.
