Well, The problem with that is NASA couldn't put a person in sub-orbit for nearly as cheap as Rutan did, and, frankly, as much as they are restricted by congress, they can't do much right now. Private industry can do it for a fraction of what NASA's politically induced pork special price.

And there are more Rocket scientists outside NASA than in, and I have three on my staff.

Gnooze ...I love your style(good looks), but honestly I think you need to look at issues from a perspective of helping (might bump up your views too). Also, nocking NASA won't get many techno geeks tuning in (hint hint). Keep at it.

I love NASA! My one real bias is that I report on space a lot. But If someone is reported on, they're going to have to deal with an occasional joke at their expense. But look at my reporting in general, I think you'll see I'm very NASA friendly!

Good NASA coverage You could do a guest spot on one of their podcasts like "Science at NASA" or maybe do a cameo on "Planetary Radio" (OK i admit it, I'm a science geek wanna be)

Actually I think it;s because of the rocket scientist part, and everything that has to do with scientists is geeky. Ow, and you can;t get chicks is space and you can't make any money there. Two more reasons that it;s geeky. It'll stop being geeky once humanity has it's first war there.
