This thing isn't exactly the same as the Tasers police use. This causes more localized pain. The normal Taser incapacitates the person to some extent. Examples of me and others being Tased in my vids.

They're right, though, that it's the anticipation that kills you. Just thinking about it before it happens doesn't feel good. I wonder what the kind they were using feels like. I think regular Tasers can be used on contact after they have been initially shot.
