I didn't see a full manifested body, I thought I saw what looks like a small person leaning around the wall staring at the camera person. o.o; It also looks like the person hit a wall at the end and messed up his camera.

if i was living in corpus christi TX ,i would do a follow up and go back to this building,and see what information i could gather from the individuals living there now.
