@EvidenceFragmentary Veil of Maya are pretty good, and while I think Whitechapel's music is mostly mindless but at the same time I like it. I don't know how Born of Osiris got mentioned but they're the shit. Born of Osiris is probably the best deathcore band out there today.
I like all those deathcore acts mentioned below, though Veil of Maya is pretty much better than them. I also already got bored of the rest of the bands listed below, and I think their style is outdated, but most of them are good for a fucking crazy headbang once a year (I wouldn't listen to them more frequently cuz it would be boring). I think Born of Osiris and Veil of Maya are the best bands today, but I also really love Animals As Leaders for example, and I listen a lot to Periphery.
White Chapel sucks dick...they need to start leaving pussy acts like them and veil of meya, the red chord, Common Grave, Divinity and other bands that please the teens off of SS and stick to death metal. This years SS was almost empty by the time Decapitated took the stage because all the core kids filing out after their bands played. No respect. the bill should be all death/brutal/tech metal what real OG death metal fiends want to see. not that new poppy breakdown faggotry. next year Diskreet
