Hot Tip: Use capital letters for the start of proper nouns.
Use capital letters at the start of only the first and important words in a title.
Countries, languages, and nationalities always start with a capital letter.

The thing is most Australians don't care about the same things Americans do. In America a lot of the focus of TV stations and media is on the war. Here, not so much, so it's not as big a deal. That's why when asked about it, most Aussies wouldn't have an opinion.
It'd be like going to America and asking them what they thought of the Carbon Tax. You'd get some blank expressions, a few who might know a bit about it and maybe one or two who had an informed opinion.

I get that not many people have an idea about the war in iraq, because our country is different to america in our views on the war, it isn't as much of a national idea as it is personal. If you are going to ask questions about politics you need to have an understanding about them especially knowing the difference between a prime minister and president.
