the sad thing is, the show tries to emulate the games too much. the only change the games have had is new pokemon and regions, the core concept is still the same. if they gave the show some creative purchase, and not just to follow the games, maybe it would be better. with what they have they can do very little. most of the ideas they CAN use they have. after a show like pokemon has been there with this little innovation, it gets boring. still, lots of kids like it, and that's what it's for.
