you know how i learnt fluent sign language? it's because my mum and sisters friends which are all deaf and of course themselfs spoke about funny stories and i just watched because deaf people can do the most funniest face expressions you'll ever see and the stories are actually pretty darn funny at times.
i loved this video .. im learnin sign language myself and im going to uni in sept to do a degree in BSL interpretation as well .. your videos are amazing .. i was laughing so much but its interesting what u can do with sign language.. love all ur vids though :) classic xxx
This Story is great, had me LOL . Though I went back and had a listen to the volice intgerpretation and it was just awful. Dosnt match the prosody of the story at all. You cant just do a straight translation from sign no more than you can do a straight translation from English. the voiced story needs alot of work to make it as good as the signed..
AT LAST! i've been trawling through so many sign language videos and this is the best one i have found! it actually taught me sign better. most of the videos don't accomidate for hearing people, which is fair enough, but for me this was brilliant as i got to hear and see. also it was really good how you said it in sign, e.g. 'my name what?' instead of my name is... well done :)
