How close are we getting to the season finale? Do you believe that this episode is a setup for a series finale?  Should the Doctor return to America we know that he is going to be shot by the astronaut and have his body burried. According to him in this episode he will die tomorrow. I certainly hope its not the permanent sleep with the fishes but rather in true Doctor form he somehow returns from the dead.

Oh and by the way Xfinity has this episode mislabeled as episode 13 - strange.
