Countries need to look after their selves. Don't you think they are poor because their "government" is corrupt? Africa is not a poor country, they have all the resources: oil, gold, diamonds, food, they can build solar systems, they have many people who want to work, etc. We are paying 60 years for Africa and nothing changed.
