Yes, they do, but this was the newest Sim when I downloaded it (at least a year ago). There have been several versions made so developers can test their programs, some named Palm Emulators.
I had to register as a developer at Palm Source to download this one, and last time I checked I did not see a way to download it again, so I have not bothered to upgrade. I assume there is a newer version by now, though.
BTW, the bug has been fixed, so I will soon post a new video with portals! XD
wow its been like years and they still cant get a bike or design for iphone or pc's just like they said they would...

I downloaded bike or design on my computer but i can't open the file. it's a .prc file. How do you open it?

I can't get a video from a real Palm unless I use a video camera, and that would not look good. This was captured digitally, without a video camera.
