i remember this too, i was 10 then, and "richard" started wearing a ponytail for a while after this, for like 6 months, then he ditched it by the time he took on brian pillman at halloween havoc 91'. not bad.

I've seen many compare this breakup with the Rockers breakup. Less than a year later, both Morton and Gibson leave WCW, go to SMW, and reunite the R&R Express, pretending that "Richard Morton" never existed.
