It's just normal that a game haves similar features of other games. How else would you create a combat system? How else would you create environmental puzles? How else could you create an exploration system that can make the players want to explore and discover more about what's going on?
Seriously, stop trashtalking about who copied who. Nowday it's impossible to have totally new ideas and concetps that are not influenced from what surrounds us.
BTW, for an eventual sequel they could always try to tell the story of another of the Horseman. A different standard weapon, a refresh to the combo system, more secondary weapons, more upgrades/runes/enhancements and it'd be great ^^

@Caleb7557 i cant remember the name of it, but you have to throw the ninja star thing first at a torch on the wall, and then at the bomb. so when youre aiming, make the torch your fist target, and then the bomb your second target

This and the others are alright. But God of War 3 just pushed the bar far beyond Darksiders, Inferno, etc grasp. If God of War 3 came out before those games, guarantee those would have ended up pushed back for improvements. Darksiders though was a great demo too. Man, they game more than the usual demo. Worth purchasing.

Love this game, almost done. Just got the horse. Its a really fun game, I liked it more than Dante's Inferno. Its not bleak, its crazy, visceral, and the pacing is good too. The only problem I had with it was the main character's personality and voice. the rest, Grade A.
Darksiders ... too linear, it gives me a lot of emotion watching it, I read comments that were far superior to God of War and I wanted to check and SURPRISE! or it comes on the heels jajaja your graphical environment is very poor, not ease, the character looks like a toy gun, seems designed for children ... In short God of War 1,2 and 3 have no rival, I am gamer and I can only say >>> In the end there will be only chaos....! =D

Id go for darksiders shifter....dunno, just like it more xP but they are both nice games, just that the pace in darksiders is faster in my opinion... which is good xD

Love this game, almost done. Just got the horse. Its a really fun game, I liked it more than Dante's Inferno. Its not bleak, its crazy, visceral, and the pacing is good too. The only problem I had with it was the main character's personality and voice. the rest, Grade A.

Darksiders ... too linear, it gives me a lot of emotion watching it, I read comments that were far superior to God of War and I wanted to check and SURPRISE! or it comes on the heels jajaja your graphical environment is very poor, not ease, the character looks like a toy gun, seems designed for children ... In short God of War 1,2 and 3 have no rival, I am gamer and I can only say >>> In the end there will be only chaos....! =D

thats not exactly true i mean god of war itself had many influences from older games that had to do with demon slaying, being a god, its not like god of war was the FIRST game of its kind, its apparent now that everygame that has a demon or angel in it is related to god of war its annoying, dantes inferno god of war dark siders god of war
dantes inferno was here a hell of a longer time then god of war in the divine comedy. i mean i like god of war I LOVE GOD OF WAR its just not evry gme is it

This game is awesome - better than god of war by far . If you like action mixed with a little RPG this is a game for you , plus come on smiting demons and slaughtering angles ? WTF PRO!

eh its more fun to play in on console, and pc wasn't really designed for pc, and most of rpg games comes on consoles :) i actually got pc and i enjoy to play fps and strategy on it then rpg and other ones :P

just got my platinum yesterday, after exploring the entire map and collecting practically everything i need, this game has got to be one of the best i ever played. maybe its just me, but the story was great... Sequel no doubt

loooooool man just bought this game and it suck's big time man go for assasins creed this game aint worth shit. trust me dante's inferno or assasin's creed 2 is what i am going to buy now. darksiders is really not what i have expected. take it from one who got it and are almost close to have all the best games too ps3. maybe even god of war 3 is better i have to buy that to inventually
