@1bigmig1 The Kel Tec might be more concealable and interchangeable, but the .40 is stronger, and the .45 even more so. I'll take a .45 cal over a 9mm weapon any day for stopping power, etc.
@legofilms4fun A .45 generates 21,000 psi a firing. A .40 generates 35,000 psi at firing. The .40 has a bit more punch I believe. I just read about the development of that round in the 80's for law enforcement. If my memory serves me right, the .40 is the one to have. That may be why the cops carry them instead of .45's. I think the .45 has a "legendary" rep. Good video guys.
Not a bad group using the ghost ring sight. You are pushing the capability of the round at that range anyway. I am quite sure you could pull that in to 2" at 50 yds. Good vid, thanks!
@1bigmig1 As a matter of fact we did do just that some time ago. We have several videos of the Kel-Tec Sub 2000 posted. The Hi Point is not a bad gun in my opinion however, the Kel-Tec is lighter, more portable, more concealable, takes higher capacity magazines and uses glock (ours anyways) mags. For these reasons we like it better too.
I would not worry about hitting at 100 yards. At that range it would not be good for hunting, self defense, etc. I would be happy at 50 yards. Home defense would only need 25 yards at most, unless you live in a airplane hangar! Nice video though!
I love my new style 4095, but I did notice that the sights are way off. I've got the adjusted all the way to one side and I am still just barely hitting the far right edge of the target at one hundred yards. I was hitting the next target to the right initially. That puts it about 2 feet off. Not sure if it's me or a bad front sight. I'll put the red dot on and see if I do better. Nice video!
thats still pretty awesome for a pstol round

You could be shooting low and left because of the distance making it shoot low and the wind could be making it go left.

How bad was the wind that day? It sounded pretty strong at times. Did that maybe cause the low to the left situation?

Have you seen the newly planned Keltec shotgun...Oh my goodness!

@enjoythewildUSA Not yet, but I hope to soon!

@2brothersadventures Your Hi-Point is pretty outstanding. At 50 yards, that firearm should be fairly effective, every shot, every time. Great video.
