if he wants to become a permanent resident, he must be physically fit & pass the required medical exam. like the usual immigrants undergo, one thing you must have no criminal record, so how would singh qualify then/, obviously he's using our system, send him back, he's a liability

Hell, I can't even get admitted to Canada just to have lunch in Windsor because of a 10 yr. old traffic ticket.
Maybe if I tell them I have no plan to return and I want a free life from the Canadian taxpayer, they will let me in.
