@4whiteboy7sth Try typing in nothing, if you still cant do anything the modem is already locked and you have to hit the factory reset button located on the back of the modem

@christian11x Well, you do exactly the same thing as my video tells you, dont skip threw parts cause it's all important, and if you still cant figure out whats wrong, there is a little slot in the back on the modem, about a pin sized hole. sick a pen or a papper clip end into there and reset the modem, then re-try whiel watching the video

@regioelgrande Well, The black screen you see in the video, is called Command Prompt, Formaly known as CMD, now what you will have to do with the modem, is reset it, there should be a button on the back of it that you can stick a pin, papper clip. hit that and the modem should be reset and ready to be set up, re watch the video once you have done that to set up your wireless internet.

If your internet dose not disconnect, your probibly have a sepereate router. most new routers that you get from provider's already have the wireless feature.
