your vidoes are so inspiring anthony :D i am kind of scared to try using pourer. do you have any postings on your blog about using pourers? any kinds you recommend? and how do you practice measuring without jiggers w/ pourers?

it pours about 1/2 ounce every second, so you just count it out in your head as you pour.
