Tim took the ad literally, casually asking the first rape victim he met about the cost of transport. This alone is hysterically funny. She should have slapped him, but instead, unbelievably, gave a straight (and very specific) answer.

I'm in the United States and I know about him. Thanks to the internet I knew about Dylan Moran, Ed Byrne, Bill Baley, and other comics from the UK & Australia before they started doing popular films or popular stand-up specials. Sometimes comedy doesn't travel well because I noticed that comedians from the UK and Australia mention people and places that foreigners are not familiar with so they have to look those things up and looking up names just ruins the joke.

personally I think he's under recognized, I agree with you. However there is such a thing as being overrated for the talent a person has, that's my point.

Take Stephenie Meyer as an example. No offense to any Twilight fans, but her righting is sub-par, story structure is predictable and overdone, characters are 2d, and so on... however she's selling books by the wagon load due to hype and fads. That's overrated for the talent she has. :)
