  • Where is John John now ???

  • YO...super no lie....he's my teacher!!!

  • I asked the same question, and someone replied and said he was married and in the Air Force I think it was.

  • If you look up John Williams III on muppet.wikia it gives a run down on his life

  • ur wrong his name was john jackson his son left the comment on my page and has pics to prove it i dk where u get ur info from

  • how do you know its his son it could just be some gu saying hes his son you cant trust everyone.

  • hun i just know ok pluss i had proof so don't worry i dun my homework

  • I think you're right there, latinhoney123

  • Little man's name is John Williams III. Don't know this person claiming to be his son is... latinhoney123 may well have a point. Just google John John Sesame Street and you'll see lots of verification of his name. He even appeared on a Sesame Street 20th anniversary reunion show as a grown up. It's on YouTube!

  • hold it - gotta see that swami meditating on sesame street - the next clip after john john and grover....

  • For those of you who are wondering, I read in a book that John-John now lives in San Antonio and is an accountant. I guess he liked counting with Grover so much that he decided to count for a living.

  • I simply adore this little boy!!!!! Please someone upload more clips of him, I can't get enough of him.

  • WHAT THE FUCK? In case you didn't know, I am female, and I'm not about to fap to a little boy. You've got a sordid mind.

  • what is fap?

  • Without Sesame Street, I would have NEVER been able to count up to 1!

    This cracks me up!

  • Gwova? Do U Love Me!?

  • lol Hilarious.

But of all the kids, he was easily one of the happiest, most vibrant kids.

If I had to remember one kid, it would be John-John.

  • Aww, John-John is sooo adorable!! I even remember when he was the same age as me. X]

  • Thus Grover proves how much he loves John John, by being willing to count to one on demand ^_^ John John's too loveable!

  • I remember seeing this boy on Sesame Street when I was a kid in the 1970's. The strange thing is that he looked just like me and it was weird seeing someone who looked like me on TV. Cute kid. I'm 36 now and I didn't turn out bad either. I'm sure he's didn't and is probably now married with kids.

  • "Grover...YOU LOVE ME?!" lol he is just SO precious!!

  • what ever happened to john john?

  • He's out there watching right now - love you John!

  • My fave is the one where Bert and Sherlock Hemlock get John John to count. He plays it pretty cool in that one.

  • Wanna ask SesameChick for that one?

  • Call me crazy - but I seem to remember John John and one of the muppets in a skit where the muppet asked him to sing a song and he started singing "Jo Jo was a man who thought he was a woman..." (Get back Loretta - the Beatles) and they stopped him quick, but it was soooo cute.

John John, if your out there, you were one sweet kid!

  • That was funny! It's too bad those aren't shown anymore! I remember watching John John since I was about 5 years old, which means I'm probably two years older than he is.

  • Aw! "Gwover?" "yeah" "Do you love me?" so adorable!

  • Heh heh, Grover wasn't too thrilled and impressed with the accomplishment of counting to one. Even The Count would probably find counting only one sneeze, phone ring, end credit, flower, block, etc. to be unfulfilling (After all, he never laughed and made the thunder and lightning until at least a count of 3).

John John is the man! I'm glad they used him in quite a few clips. They knew they had a classic in him!

  • That observation about counting to 1 is dead on; it's probably the reason that only one Sesame Street episode (#121) had that number as a sponsor before the mid-80s.
