Arthur Del Bianco was on the 70 floor in the Elevator when the Plane hit the Building and then made it down to the basement level when another explosion happened. So the

"Debunkers" like to claim the explosions in the lower floors were from jetfuel traveling down the Elevator shafts but how did Arthur make it down to the basement before the traveling jet fuel? Did the explosions take a rest before making it down to the basement levels? You Debunkers
