I saw this when it originally aired on ABC. Just noticed something: the Fountain set looks familiar. Did they shoot this in front of the "General Hospital" exterior?
Mannnnn! "I don't want to have to hit you again!" WTF?! I never saw that clip back in the day either. Between the rape and scenes like this, it kinda shows they had a sicker and more violent beginning than any of us think of now, or how they evolved and spun it later!! Luke started as a low-class scoundrel alright! All this "I love you I love you stuff in between slaps and "SHUT UP!!" Odd to see now, given the "great love story" we all revere now!
Yeah but its a soap - mothers slap daughters, daughters slap mothers, husbands slap wives, wives slap husbands - its drama. If everyone was lovey dovey all the time I'd make for a serious bore, not saying I like the constant violence that has become GH, but you do need drama
