I went from 400+lbs down to at my lowest about 280.. just with walking during my lunch break from work.. watching what I was eating and not eating anything late at night.. I did that in a years time.. alot of stuff happened in my life in 2009 and I creeped back over the 300 mark.. But I did it before and I can do it again.. I just gotta get back on track..
Just ordered a pav 3 with motor assist to help me climb grades. I am as big as the rider in this video. I will post again if It is helping me lose weight.

Since this video I have graduated from the trike to a bike.. I got a 3 speed Straigt 8 from Electra.. It's a lot easier to ride than the trike..
Nice bike, I like tricycles too, I prefer them aswell.

Good for you man! That's the best thing about a bicycle/tricycle, it's not only exercise, but it's fun!
