  • to tell you the truth guys nice effort but it dosent sound that good, Im a big Zep fan and I play the guitar and sing it very well. I play in a Zep tribute band here in Puerto Rico (yes there is rock and roll in puerto rico) I do all the singing and I can Imitate Plants voice very well as also pages guitar style. its out of timming, the giutar sounds better then the vocals but the guitar still needs work, needs rythym, energy, needs to be more accurite, (excuse my spelling) but good effort.

  • Hey bro! Sounds good. Maybe find someone else who sing it for you if you play it infront of people. I'm not raggin on you or anything. I can't carry a tune with a bucket.

  • Don't worry about their tuning, someone else's tuning, or "correct" tuning. Play it in the key you can sing it in and make it your own.

  • Okay you have something against music? Hit over the head with a record or tape when you were young?

  • Very good! Thanks!

  • nice try bro

  • Nice guitar playing. Very very good.

  • no plant? the singing is wildly off pitch!! i gotta get a tissue i think my ears are bleeding..

    guitar part is good though

  • before you start to sing i belived that the guitar player was jimmi page! you are realy good

  • good job bro i have the dvd to my fav is those three songs and the all time best drummer mr. john bonhams best solo i think in moby dick "R.I.P"

  • what tuning do u use? i saw on UG to use CFCFAF but im not sure if its correct or not.

  • I use the live tuning Page uses. Because they played "That's the Way," "Going to California" and "Bron-Yr-Aur Stomp" all in a row during live sets, Page just used the same open G tuning for all of it. The tuning is DGDGBD

  • great thanks dude!

  • No problem. I really like the deeper sound of the G tuning, as opposed to the Open C he uses on Led Zeppelin III. It gives it a dirtier blues feel.

  • no its actually is CFCFAF

  • That is the tuning he uses on the studio recording. That is not the tuning he uses live, nor is it the tuning I use. You are incorrect.

  • well wether or not im right or wrong you are playing it wrong and you cant sing...

  • how did u learn to play this... theres no good tabs on the internet, at least wat i have found

  • For the rhythm parts, I just used tabs. For the solo guitar parts, I just improvised a little. Watch the Led Zeppelin DVD's for a really great version and you can catch a little what Page plays. For the most part though, I just used my ear.

  • the guitarp laying reminds me of richie havens

  • very good job mate, keep it up... And don´t listen to the morons who keep saying bullshit...

  • not bad, not bad.

  • 5* ;)

  • ahahah. aewsome. great guitar. singing was good.........in its own special way. great job.

  • Well he's no Plant that's for sure!

    Pissed myself at 1:36

  • para que mierda cantaste!! la re cagaste!!!

  • Not bad man!! i mean vocals weren't great but great guitar work my man.

  • I did an electric random cover,I played right if you wanan learn how it works!

  • You guys are being too harsh...it's not too bad. It's live sounding, it's sincere, but yeah---sing your own way instead of trying to be Plant.

  • ok guys u realize he's trying to cover robert plants voice. and this guy can't sing for shit anyways so...

    he's screwd

  • he's at least a great guitar player

  • The vocals are bad because of the mic. I'm sure it might be better otherwise, or he really does sound a little off.

  • the vocals is horrible but you are a good guitarrer .you ave play a great cover of a great song (by the greatest band of all the times

  • stryder

  • vocals need work, but your aware of it, so i wont bother you. the guitar part sounded quite good. though in some places i didnt care for your take on it, but you made it your own to some extent. 4/5.

  • Awesome man. I think the vocals are pretty damn good accually.

  • work on the vocals man...wrong key, er, no key at all.

  • sounds good , not only is kimmy the greatest guitarist ever but he is also a fine acustic player , sounds damn good

  • *"STRIDAH!!"??

  • oh come on!! no "STRIDFAH!"??? You suck.

  • haha jared you're outta control

  • totally meant stud

  • dang ur a stub jared.
