I played this in my orchestra at MU...and gosh I hated it. There's a reason it's unknown. But this was a good performance.

This is a studio-sounding recording! From a camera mic on a digital camera! Good room acoustics. And I could hear the low strings ramp up between motifs like on my Angel recording. This is brighter though. You know the score because you follow the instruments. GREAT RECORDING!

The Toscanini is the best recording on youtube, but this orchestra does admirably. Its good to know that these players are out there performing and loving music.

I saw this symphony 2 months ago in my city. Good melodies!
