I am a Ugandan and i have heard all these stories before, there has never been the so called Joesph Kiwetere, these mass killing were committed by the Uganda government it is believed these were the hundreds of Tabiqs Muslims imprisoned in Luzira Maxmum Prison, they have been missing ever since these atrocities happened so the government should give some answers.
