I feel really bad about your home, but just wondering if you put in a formal complaint or anything about them regarding their animals. I am an animal lover, and to house pets in those circumstances is abuse and these people should no longer be allowed to own animals. The diseases and fumes that feces and urine give off in that quantity is enough to make the other animals and humans terribly ill.
@jordan692007 what's she like jordan? does she do anything note worthy? where do you live so you can see this? I wish I lived in that neighbourhood. I would help you keep a watch.

Their new landlord will already have problems....no doubt they brought alot of the fleas to their new place with them. UGH...Hopefully he'll be able to kick them out before they cause too much damage. From the sound of things, this is their typical way of living. It's bad enough that someone would LIVE in conditions like that...but to be that disrespectful to someone else's property is just horrendous! They don't deserve to be tenants. I hope all of the landlords in the area are being notified...especially their current ones. Also, I hope the humane society is called. The poor animals deserve to live in a clean home! I hope you get some restitution from these tenants...they deserve to be dragged into court and to pay for the clean-up.
.and i would like to point out to the person saying it was in the process of being cleaned BUT the landlord wanted the keys back...LOL the day the landlord asked for the keys was the last day they had to live there..and there is NO WAY POSSIBLE anyone could have cleaned that mess to get the keys back on time..not to mention the keys were not handed over but left locked in the house!!! FUCK HEADS / FLEA BAGS...LOL
@thugprincesssexyg They couldnt have cleaned that with 2 months notice if they started on day 1 and finished on day 60. The floors have to be completely redone not like they care
@dslking I served them 60 days notice about the 20th of July. She told me that, according to the Landlord/Tenant Act, the 60 days started on the 1st of Aug. They chose to leave by Sept 1st. The whole month, still, would NOT have been enough time.
i LOVE how some try to blame the condition of the house on a slum lord or a dump of a house. when these ppl rented the house they didn't rent it looking this way however they did leave it looking this way and lived in this crap for 6 months...DISGUSTING.
Fact is the house didn't make the mess and these are people living like animals. Heck animals live a cleaner life. They should be ashamed of themselves. I know my house isn't the cleanest at times, but I would rather kill myself than let it get like that.

@Steph1984able Hey Steph.. FYI -this is the second house they've done this to!! The first house they lived in is on my street (and a nice neighbourhood), and it was a beautiful, big home!! When the bank repo'd it, they had to condemn it!! The clean-up crew could not walk in without wearing masks ..When I walk the dog down the street past it on a hot day, you can smell the house, and it's at least 75-100 feet set back from the roadway!! Do you still think this man is putting a "spin" on it now!!
@cleo6223 SO that gives them the reason to live like disgusting pigs? If they didnt like the place so much then they shouldnt have lived there. When you live in an older home you have to expect some problems with the house. They lived like animals and their pets should be taken away from them.

I has a blue condemned tag on the front door...Then tell me that them letting the 12 pets shit all over the place, and the 20 garbage bags pilled up in the corner is the landlords fault!!!! Try wlk'g into that house - go with out a mask, u'll c more clearly!!!
@soobear75 Hey! Turns out that this is one of "The Offenders". People in The Group have been like P.I.'s. They have figured out who they are and where they live now. Me? I have no desire to go by where they live now. I'm concentrating on cleaning up where they've already been.

I would just like to point out i know this family that lived here the house was a dump far before they even left, the bathroom wall was falling down, there are no screens in any of the windows, there is black mold all over in the basment, the black stains on the floor are from the previuse tenents, the door is that color cause it always has been, the stove was originally destroyed, it was also in the process of being cleaned but the land lord decided he wanted the keys back

@Steph1984able Hey Steph.. FYI -this is the second house they've done this to!! The first house they lived in is on my street (and a nice neighbourhood), and it was a beautiful, big home!! When the bank repo'd it, they had to condemn it!! Sorry, They had 9 cats and 3 dogs for a total of 12 indoor pets. I heard myself say 12 dogs. That was 12 total pets.
