Why does it take 250 TONS of explosives to breach a hole in a levee that has 60 feet of water pressing it already?

Well it all depends on what the outcome was at the court yesterday as to whether they will blow the levee or not..

When levies and flood restriction devices are put into place, it is a calculated risk factor. They plan on a worse case secnario (rain fall per hr and x amount of area involved). Some of the "rain fall" has surpassed calculas, since the levies were designed and built new construction added to water-shed issues. The levies have deterioration issues just like anything manmade. They will not have to blow any levy, it will wash out on its own, or they will cut a water path, pending weather forcast.

Everyone neds to realize the scope of criminal atrocities committed against American & World citizens, human beings everywhere. Cairo, Illinois. I don't think most Americans in central regions realize they are likely to be underwater soon, also due to the equatorial sea water bulge which is no longer being held in place. A lot of strange weather is happening due to permanent changes in the jet stream. I recommend SurvivalOhio's video on this. Scott BUG also says seawater on coastlines just rose a foot, Japan fell 3 feet and Greenland rose 2 feet. Uprated.
