First of all this video is more than likely a fake because with a baker unit or less than three units involved and shots were fired the officer that was not in immediate danger would have put a code 1 or 10-99 officer in distress call out to dispatch. Then another fact to consider is "escaped out of rear window" that is Felony flight because he (the suspect was remanded in police custody, armed and in flight being pursued only by two officers? So either the officers were poorly trained or dumb.
