You would think that behind the scenes videos would take the magic out of it, but the funny thing is, it only adds to it. Knowing that this isn't the creation of a mob of contracted technicians, but the passion of one man makes it all so much better. These things gave me so much joy as a kid. Do you personally have any involvement in the Pheonix City Showbiz?
Just Got the Movie .. This is Awwsome Movie Reminds me of my childhood so much. Arron seems like a great guy and I would love to meet him someday, The Kids these days will never see what the 80's where like I would take the old showbizz and pizza time over the new crap anyday.. get this movie
Thank You Chris Thrash. I had Leukemia as a kid and Show Biz was always my reward for being a pin cushion for hours on end. I always remembered those shows and can't wait for the movie.
There used to be a Showbiz about five miles from where I lived as a kid, and that was the place to go to back then. My mom, however, was a school teacher, so the last thing she wanted to do after work was go to a place where there were dozens upon dozens of kids gathered screaming and hollering. So, my trips there were few, but great!!! Awesome. I've got to see this documentary! Plus, Showbiz was the first place I ever saw Dragon's Lair the greatest video game ever made!
I'm sorry, but those shows were far from MY favorite childhood memory. In fact the Showbiz robots were scary as hell. A giant black gorilla-robot? That's supposed to be little kid friendly?
....when I came ..and said: Chris...are you cool enough for fighting with good wild rebels!!!!and he said:....!Fähnstah is not a robot or what lol grins
AWESOME JOB CHRIS. I can't go into or see that books a million without wishing it was still showbiz pizza. Hopefully this gets big enough so that you can do a local show!
I LOVED Showbiz Pizza!!! And I'm sad to know that all people have now is Chuck E Cheese. If you're taking requests...it would be UBER cool to see them doing some sort of Metal song...I mean, with all the growls and stuff! Awesome job on achieving your dream, man! I'll never forget when they sang "Today is Your Birthday" for me on my birthday...it was so cool!
this looks really great. and it is something that i am really looking forward to seeing. i agree with the others when said that it is about time, and that you do deserve it. congratulations.

This looks great, even though I have no idea what Showbiz Pizza is, and find animatronic bands horrifying.

Think Chuck E. Cheese's, then stop thinking it and picture something good.

Yeah! But why is everyone so scared of animatronics? It kinda pisses me off because they don't see the beauty of them.

I was very sad to see your videos disappear from YouTube when I tried to show a group of friends and fellow musicians a few months ago.
I'm glad to see you're still here!
Keep it up!
