Hey Scott will these bands ever break, because I have been using mine for a little bit but I got mine real cheap so Im not sure if I can tell if these wont break on me. and If they do, hopefully not, do they do a lot of damage?
the resistance changes the further yoyr stretch the band 5lbs is a general number to help you figure out which band is right for you. at jts maximum stretch you could probably make that a 20lb band but it would be a heck of a stretch haha

hi Scott I'm from Romania and from watching Milos Sarcev's videos about side delts training..well...he has a moment when he says that when you're doing dumbell flyes your elbows should face up not in becuz you work more of the front delt than the side delt..I'm not trying to look smart or something...just giving you a friendly adivce.... I'll try this workout as I've tried others of yours and see what happens..I have a band that attaches the cables to the handels with hooks...it may be harder

@xKINGkhanSRKx bands can be in different colours signifying the thickness and resistance that the bands provides. I have 80 pound resistance bands the colour depends on what brand you have.
Hey Scott! Thanks for this workout. I have been working on losing weight and have been doing a lot of walking but wanted to work out with resistance bands someone gave me. i don't have access to a gym or weights so this is a really good alternative to them. I could not find any good workout on the internet so this really helps me! I look forward to more of these workouts. Thanks for all you have done! You Rock!

I think that it is important for the beginners to stretch properly between one exercise to another or one rep to another to avoid injury. I understand that you have given information about rest between the each routine or exercise, but I am not sure what to do in the "rest period". Thanks.

In fact, I think your main fan base is females and little gay boys who don't care about exercise and just like looking at your body. @areyu93 well part of the appeal is watching him do these exercises. You're watching, aren't you? In any case, he did say this particular workout was for beginners. He needs to do things that appeal to everyone. He has more extreme stuff in his other videos, so you should check those out. Resistance band workouts can be as extreme or easy as you want it to be.

CLEARLY these are workouts for low intensity training which being that America is so overweight, lots of beginners need them. okay scott, I have resist bands, so I followed your workout, my bands are equal to 15 pounds ~ 7.5 kilos, and this workout left me sweating like a mad man, and my puls high, and I really felt the burn, this is an awesome travel exercise, or at home to use, had my doubts but after feeling it on my own body, its just great ;)
