@legaata  everyday...grey is an absolutely perfect description just as the "night birds" depict not necessarily the white area of the Heavens where The Temple of Jah maintains a vigil for the righteous. There are other parts of Heaven. Jesus said, "their were many abodes in Heaven and where he was there his disciples would be." Thus, the singer is singing to perhaps a lesser perfect angel be he born before Adam and Eve or around the time of The Flood...half human...half angel. Grey is perfect!
