@buddythecow We used blanks as it's the most realistic effect next to a real firearm as we could get our hands on. We were real happy to have them, yet 3 years on it's practically impossible to get our hands on them again so we will probably have to go for the airsoft guns in future. Airsoft guns here are only coloured though if you don't have a skirmisher membership within the airsoft community. If we did have one we could get some amazing looking blowback weapons, but they come at a price :(

@Ghazwan3 Haha. Nope it wasn't real, just a choreographed punch up. It's all to do with camera positioning and your actors being able to give and receive a good smack convincingly! :) Oh and a lovely meaty sound to sell the effect always helps. Glad you liked it.

This is GREAT work. I love the fight scenes, SO brutal. Just some constructive criticism here...Try working harder on sound effects. Some seem to be a little too loud, or canned, and cut off at some points. Try recording your own sound effects, and LAYER them. The more you use, the better your film is.

Very brutal and well made 5/5 and great script but i am finding the soundtrack could use improvement ( this is just constuctive critisisim) i recomend u watch the films Public Enimies, Goodfellas and definitly the boondock saints all of wich r brilliants with AMAZING! Soundracks also all quentin tarantino film have great soundtracks. It doesent seem important but it adds a amazing effect to the film give it a try ;) other than that great job
