I was watching that on my big 42-TV screen, what gives a much better clear sight to the very huge buildings on the Moon surface.That must be pretty hard for the Apollo crew, that they are not allowed to talk about all that amazing stuff from Moon surface !?

I'd point out that this video is taken out the window of the LEM. They're orbiting the moon, weightless.  What you see is an object moving from the bottom of the frame to the top. If it's very far away, it's going really fast. But maybe it's a little object INSIDE the LEM, moving sedately upwards across the window in front of the camera. Remember, no gravity, so things would float around in the cabin JUST like that.

You have to admit that a bit of flotsam floating across the field of view inside the LEM is a simpler explanation than a UFO. Occam's Razor.
