  • I have this album on both cd and vinyl and I think its a very underated gem from both the Jacksons and the Gamble-Huff production team. I bought it on cd about 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with it ever since. While many have said that its not a good album and that it didnt do well on the charts I, have really enjoyed it. While all 9 tracks are good my favs are Music's Takin Over, Different Kind of Lady, Man of War, Do What You Wanna and Find Me A Girl. Shouldve gotten much more love.

  • I have the cd ,but the vinyl not xD

  • I have this on both vinyl and cd, and 'different kind of lady' is actually a completely different on each formAt :P

  • This is not my favorite jacksons album it kind of remind me of Jamarcus russell passing.

  • I wonder that too!

  • gosh...i was like bringing my head nearer the computer screen too when you brought the LP cover near the camera, lol! thanks for this. different kind of lady really stood out like a "ball of fire" as MJ described it in moonwalk, flanked by 2 songs composed by others.

  • This is the 2nd to last Jackson Album I need to finish my Jacksons collection. I love Jump for Joy.

  • can u get the whole different kinda lady, the original album version, on here?

  • COMPLIMENTI!;)

  • whats the point of this video?? You spent time putting this together and i spent time watching it?? WTF for??

  • great album all the way through

  • All songs were written by the philly duo Kenny Gamble & Leon Huff.

  • It's not their best album and didn't do well (sales wise), but there are a few gems on here. I love songs like "Eventhough You're Gone", "Find Me A Girl", "Do What You Wanna Do",etc. Michael's voice in particular just really shines here. He was such a soulful singer back then. I wish this album wasn't so underrated though, some of the songs are really worth checking out.

  • I agree, "Even though You're Gone" is errily beautiful. He was pure fire on the 1976 album! Man of War will forever be relevant.

  • thank you thank you thank you!!! As a J5 fanatic, I've been lookin all over for this album. this one made my day.
