In my opinion the act of sex is not bad nor good. In the hands of people with a strong ego its a way of maintaining the ego and strenghten it. For many people sex is used to keep a marriage together when in fact they dont know what love is. Sex and love have nothing to do with eachother. I think what he has to say about 'the witness' concept is complex. Single diametrics don't work within a heterogenous linear quadrant because every other quadrant skips makit it possible to go back two squares but not possible to go back one square. But the witness concept suggests a double diametric angle where compassion is the key to bridging two linear sequential opposites.

While I agree with you I can still find nuggets of wisdom in some of his teachings. I lived at a Zen Center for a year and had many teachers, not one person helped me understand what I sought but collectively I found I found the experience/teachers/traditions to be a true gift. I don't particularly find Osho's teachings eye opening, but his often humorous delivery can be refreshing. No Gods, No Masters - but teachers everywhere.

Well, Osho always proposed that sex is something which every human must get over with. Not by repressing it, but understanding it, the hidden truth in it. And once one understands it, sex seems trivial to him. Then only one can use his immensely powerful sexual energy for transformation. That's nature's hidden secret. Refer book "From Sex to Super-consciousness".
